Sorry but i can t comment on the pen response. I m almost 100 sure this is a pen issue since the led won t light up regardless. If the issue persists you may have a defective pen. So there isn t any information that a blinking green light means anything specific which also suggests it s not normal.

Forgive me if this has already been asked. I was just writing when i noticed that the led on the pen just started blinking for a minuet is this the low battery indicator or the pen just resynchronising. Holding the top button doesn t light up the led and it won t recognize by my surface. The manual says the light will turn red or not glow at all if the battery needs to be replaced.
